Heroic Pit hidden changes?

I wonder if you noticed that as well, but from what i experience in game since AAT introduction, i can't get rid of an impression that the mechanics about soloing phase one got changed without any notice.
You see, our guild is dependant of myself or some other guy to solo phase one in heroic. It was quite common and easy for me to solo captain and continue way further into phase two before AAT appeared. With really bad luck, i was able to kill captain on enrage with max one guy down.
But since AAT, we have been through three heroic raids, and noone from us was able to solo it at all, ending up at 15-20%. I don't think this is a coincidence or heap of bad luck for everyone. Obviously, my team has'n changed or degraded, quite the contrary as i increased Teebo's potecny by 10% when testing his capabilities against AAT.
What do i experience now?
- captain resists and evades way more than before
- he looks to be faster as well
- teebo is not getting his stealth so often
- and his stealth-loosing bug is on the loose much more than before, especially one turn after skill-forcing stealth
Sure it looks like qq, bit honestly, i haven't seen anything before resisting Qgj's TM drop four times in a row, that even denies rules of probability.
I am sure i am not alone experiencing this, but of course i do not have anything to prove these suspicions. So...conspiracy against us again??
