Higher Level means lower armor on RG?

I didn't take any screen shots so take this as you will, I decided to see how much of an increase in stats on my RG in terms of Health and Armor would have if I leveled him from 75 to 85. HP 21,362 ...

This is WAI if you look at the calculations for Damage Reduction. Your armor value is the same but the denominator has increased (Based on level), so your overall damage reduction % drops.
