How can I finish prestigious request Jedi Knight without leaving my guild?

you either leave the guild for a bit, ask them to not sim it a few times for you, or if i recall hope you get a lucky placement as first when you sign up. while everyone gets the same rewards i believe the [placement still count in quests

You can just wait. You can still earn top 10 through the simming it, that is how I completed that quest.

It took me 8 months to get 3 #1 finishes for one of the tiers. Top ten should be less than that I'd hope.

The quests are completely outdated. You can call them force ghosts. I would recommend to skip them as the rewards have basically no added value for your gameplay.

Same here. You just keep the quest active and wait...you can keep track checking if it changed after each simmed raid if you want.
It is pureley random...
