How do I know if my Guild is ready for Heroic Rancor Raids?

Hi everyone! I am the leader of an active guild with 44 members. Many of them are level 80 and up, but we also have about 10 or so members that are under 80. We've been doing T6 raids for a few months now and some members in the guild have expressed that they would like to try Heroic Raids. I'm open to trying them (and probably will start one to see how far we can get) but I'm not sure if we are completely ready yet. So my question is how do you know or how can you tell when your guild is ready to tackle the Heroic Rancor Raid? Any tips, guides, personal experiences, etc. are welcomed and will be taken into consideration! Thanks in advance!

  • How quick do you finish a 6? If you can do it in 1 refresh definitely ready. 2 probably ready if you do not overlap damage at all.

Also t7 in my opinion is easier anyway as long as you guys have a couple of good geared up teebo teams you'll be fine or a Zeta Vader you'll fly it

It's taking us roughly 48 hours to complete T6s. We have a few members that can do over 1-2 million damage with their first 5 attacks in T6s.
  • If one of your members has potency mods and a G8 Teebo with G10 QGJ Phasma AA/EE Rey he should be able to solo P1. From there it is really easy as long as you don't waste damage between phase.
  • OP -- just set up an attack plan. If you have anyone capable of doing a million plus with a single team in Phase 1, have them go first, one at a time, to clear through P1. Then have everyone hit Phase 2 with a single team -- drop the door, do damage. After that, go one team at a time until P2 is done. Then repeat with P3. Then send everything else you have at P4.
  • Thanks for all the information everyone! I think we'll give it a try and see how it goes! I'm going to try to organize attacks to optimize the amount of damage from my members and I think we might okay.
  • At your power level, the best advice is:

    1. Don't waste damage, make sure when you are close to end in s phase that only one person attacks at a time.
    2. Try to get through p2 and p3 with each person using only 1 attack per phase. A second attack would be a waste...you'll do big damage by getting in, dropping the door and then hanging on as long as possible (or escaping). A second attack in the same phase doesn't get the door drop so it's a waste.
