Never forget that online games aren't democracies. The game gods rule supreme and can cut you off at any time and for any abritrary reason. It's good to keep this in mind with everything you do in an online game, including purchases.
That is most likely the forum posting bug (yes the forum has bugs also). just tag one of them moderators and they can normally clear the error. has happened to me before multiple times.
