How long does it take after reporting to CG_Leviathan?

I've reported a player over a month ago. They have all level 1 characters, gear 1 and 4* ships. They are climbing consantly in a newer fleet shard filled with LS Bundle players. What other options are there for reporting cheaters? I messaged already, but not sure if anything is being done.

    You can report ingame, but other than that nothing on your end. They tend to take care of cheaters in batches

    Wow...and its always the cheaters that are the most active. I don't understand how they let this happen for so long. Its so easy to get a hacked android app, it should be easy for them to identify and block them from accessing the game

    I'm still waiting to hear back from them on a post from Feb 2021
