4-set of speed and 2-set of potency w/ a potency cross, speed arrow and as much secondary speed as u can muster. B4 I zeta'd Bariss I ran a 261 speed Boba under EP for the fast ability block...most useful thing he can do, the faster the better...and u need it to stick.
