zBarriss is very useful, but now that her unique goes away on death, its not as strong as it used to be. And she's always a wet noodle, offensively.
The Meta, IMO, now are control teams who can stun, debuff and manipulate turn meter.
zBarriss provides tankiness but no real control abilities.
