I cannot see my mods in inventory!

Hello since 18 August i accidentally sold all my mods and i asked in support of the game if i could get them back? They restored it for me multiple times but im not able to see the mods in my inventory... And i know that because they have also sent me a message in ingame inbox and when i press claim it just say that i have reached the mod limit and when i press sell mods its just empty completely, boom i cannot see any mods just empty inventory!
