I got rank 1 raids in star wars galaxy of heroes Why portraits are lucked?

Hello I got rank 1 of Rancor and tank raids in star wars galaxy of heroes. Why portraits are lucked???

I recall them saying that those would become unavailable when they launched the new raid format am I wrong?
