I lucked into a pretty decent arena team...now what?
I am a minnow in a late-November/early December 2015 shard. I had never cracked the top 20, until I stumbled into this comp:
zMaul g11 (originally farmed only because I got 35 blueprints of Scimitar in a fleet card)
Kylo g11 (had him at g9, back when it was extremely unintelligent to do that)
Boba g10 (an early chromium pull, or he wouldn't have even been on my heist squad)
Palps g11 (a new addition, since I was on a spouse-mandated hiatus during the original event)
Now I hold top-20 rather easily and have briefly been #1. Still, I am clearly inferior to a number of the squads near the top (Not surprising since they have earned 50k-100k more arena crystals than I have life-of-game).
My current 5th is usually STH g11, but he has trouble getting his taunt off and so is kind of garbage. I've tried 88 g11, and QGJ g11, but they are awfully squishy for the top tier. Other immediate options are Vader g10, Yoda g11, Phasma g10, RG g10. Sid is a little ways off and Savage a little further still. Are any of the three new Sith an option (no chance I will take them higher than 4* until ftp)? My mods are definitely worse than the majority of the squads I'm currently up against.
Would anybody be willing to give me some advice moving forward, so I don't need to rely on continued lucky breaks?
