I share a terrible experience, as I don't know what to do anymore, and EA...

It all started about 2 months ago, when I noticed that suddenly someone was accessing my account, and changing everything, including consuming my resources unnecessarily. I contacted EA without success.
Then I realized that EA had changed for my SWGoH account, although I still had access to the account through Google Play, I contacted EA again and I think they blocked that person. Because since then I haven't noticed any other attempts to log into the account.

But the serious problem starts here, I have bought packs in the game (I have spent a lot in the last few years, and I don't even mention the time lost, years)!

I recently tried to access an option in the game, at Settings / Connect / UNLINK ACCOUNT (for EA), so that I could re-enter my previous EA or at least another new EA, so that I could access the PC application.

But every time I clicked UNLINK ACCOUNT, I got an error that restarted my game, over and over again. I tried all the methods, on new Android devices, reinstalling the game, etc., without success. The error is: "ERROR - An error has occured that required restarting the game. Please check your internet connection as a poor connection could be the issue, then press RESTART. If you have seen this prompt multiple times and have a strong internet connection, then please contact us. ErrorCode: 9.0."

I followed the instructions and contacted EA in chat, countless times, I was unlucky to only come across Indian employees, who either didn't understand what I was asking them, or pretended not to understand, so they ignored me, and offered me the same automated methods, continuously after which they immediately ended the chat, saying that there was no way to remove the EA attached to the account, when clearly there is this option for SWGoH in the settings!

I feel helpless, with so much mockery from EA, who don't care about their customers at all, not at all, and their employees are totally incompetent and unprofessional, who never offer useful solutions, and just pretend to understand, offering solutions for something I didn't ask, and then quickly end the conversation with lies!

 

I'll attach some images, because I don't know what else to do, I feel lost!
