Troopers are already pretty strong. Based upon the team suggestions in the graphics, she's obviously intended to be a leader for a second Troopers team that doesn't include Veers, Starck and Dark.

I'm just curiois now as to which Rebel team they'll be good against... Can they beat an r7 cls team, or rather intended against a g8 Rogue one..?
Mon Mothma will get stomped. Even her toy-boy Kyle won't be helpful.

While in Grand Arenas: At the start of battle, if no other allies have the Leader tag, Imperial Trooper allies also gain 35% Max Health and Max Protection, and whenever an enemy attacks out of turn, Imperial Trooper allies recover 20% Health and Protection and gain 10% Turn Meter.
