Include Spillover Damage in Raids

Instead of counting just the Rancor's health when listing damage in the Raid leaderboard, instead use 'damage done' and include spillover damage.

This would resolve the issue of multiple people having the same final score.

It would also add some fun for people that are solo'ing - the goal would move to see who could get the largest hit from Vader's Culling Blade when the Rancor is at the lowest health.
