Injector handle salvage
Does anyone know if this shows up in the shipments, for purchase with crystals?

No, it isn't. The only thing on a node with a drop rate nearly that low is omegas from 16 energy cantina nodes, which are sub-1%.
Injector handles are a 22% drop rate. That you had bad rolls this weekend does not change that.
If you disagree, track a thousand attempts and see, but far larger sample sizes than yours say it's 22%.
