Is Barriss Offee Swift Recovery Broken?

I use her as leader for GW, I do not remember Swift Recovery ever removing a healing immunity. Maybe I have not paid close enough attention. I watched all my battles in GW today very closely and it did not trigger once on that.

Is healing immunity a negative status effect? I am wondering if this is another problem with descriptions or another failure at testing characters.

    Taunt most definitely gets removed by QGJ and Ventress...


    But not stolen by yoda which annoys the hell out of me.

    I say that ability are under-performed, i suggest change to "chance to block incoming debuff and grant TM"(useful against fast and debuffing enemy team)
    instead this
    "dispelling debuff at end turn and grant TM"(what use?)
