Is there ever going to be an update or refund to Gungan Phalanx's omicron?

They got us all on the wording that it was for "Raids" iirc .  Every new raid we'll be hoping Gunghans are part of it....

Here to block a certain someone berating those applied it while missing the point that CG are letting those resources float in a void they'll never come back from...
