Issues with Bug Support
Hey all!
I've been experiencing a bug where after being gifted one of the Lightspeed Bundles (Supreme Leader), my Kylo Ren Unmasked and Phasma lost their zetas on their leadership abilities. I've been trying to work with EA support on this, but they've been extremely unhelpful and just close the topic after marking it as solved because "I never had the zetas", even though I have screenshots proving I did. I'm trying to contact someone higher up that the EA support assistant since I want this issue resolved. I know I lost more zetas than those two, but those are the ones I have screenshots of. Any help or advice is appreciated.
