Jawa Scavenger Question
When Jawa Scavenger uses Scrap Bomb to set all the detonators off, whose stats determine the damage of the detonators already placed? For example, if I load up JS with a lot of Offense mods, will that increase the damage done by the detonators? Or does the damage calculation go back to the toon that placed them?
