Jawa Scavenger Question

Question

When Jawa Scavenger uses Scrap Bomb to set all the detonators off, whose stats determine the damage of the detonators already placed? For example, if I load up JS with a lot of Offense mods, will that increase the damage done by the detonators? Or does the damage calculation go back to the toon that placed them?

Detonators remember where they came from and the power of character at that moment if I remember correctly.
