JML definitely needs a buff!!
He obviously needs a buff and here are the reasons: 1. He has less Mastery than the other 3 GLs. 2. On top of the previous point, he can't manipulate Mastery, either on his allies or the opponent'...

While you're technically right, Rey requiring RJT means she requires a hero's journey character, and you have to get the mental fortitude to justify relicing Rose Tico.
My bad, I forgot that JML requires Rey (Jedi training) aswell....

I'm pretty sure Ep is legendary and is required by slkr and seep. Also, Thrawn is a legendary and is required by seep. Jtr was mentioned as a hero's journey (which isn't jkl a hero's journey not legendary?) And bb8 is also a legendary required by Rey.
So literally every GL requires a legendary.
Jml also requires r2d2 which is a legendary, so you didn't even include all the legendaries in jmls requirements.
I agree jml is the hardest to get (that's why he's the only one I don't have), but your statement is very wrong
