Journey Guide is NOT Beginner-Friendly

Journey Guide is nearly the best they implemented to the game in the Last few months...
He is saying that with the Journey Guide they accidentally or intentionally (that remains yet to be seen) introduced lvl requirements for ALL those characters. He has a character from the previous event that he is now officially unable to unlock, bc he is still not lvl 85.
Soooo you either buy that damn pack or you wait until lvl 85 to unlock Thrawn, or yoda which was not the way before.
