Kessel run more like kessel fall

When I log into kessel using my account I always got my free gifts however i started seeing my rewards I renewed wasn’t getting received. I thought maybe it takes a while but I just haven’t got them.

 

The screenshots show how I received the free pack but when I redeemed it I never got the shards (also didn’t receive the other items)

    They are received as soon as you claim from the webstore. not when you click dismiss from your mailbox. that it just a notification. same as the energy in the top just being there as soon as you click it in the webstore.
