I think with his rework he is good on almost any team.

i have rey, boba, sidious, luminara and vader. who should i replace for kylo? and is kylo better than one of them?

Rey or Lumi

Depending on your level and if heals are still doing good in arena for you right now, I'd suggest putting him in lumis spot.
