Leadership Structue

I would really a slightly different stucture. Something like leader and 2 vice leaders with the same power as leader with the exception of demoting or removing leader or vice leader

Well my idea is not for vice leaders to be able to remove the leader but to have the same controls
Vice leader could only remove or demote officers or members
