Hard disagree. I repeat my earlier statement, they shouldn't make something easier to acquire just because they released hard content. Do the tier you're able to, and get farming like the rest of us did.
By the way the Vets aren't an "RNG nightmare," they're exactly the same as any other cantina farm at the same energy level.
