You didn't get JTR the second time around because you chose to interrupt your veterans farming. You decided to interrupt it after a short dry streak instead of considering the overall drop rate which is on par with all other cantina node toons. Alas, it was a deliberate choice to not have JTR by now. Your choice. Every long—time player who doesn't have JTR by now chose it himself/herself. It sucks to not have her and only have yourself to blame. However, the best you can do now is to prepare for unlocking her at 7* the next time. Lower tiers of the event are not necessary for you, since you've had plenty of time to get your toons to 7* by now.
