The best response I have received from EA HELP is to let me wait. There was even a customer service who just listed out the characters from the LSB and then immediately closed the chat.
The issue I’m experiencing is that they have charged but did not send me the Jawa bundle, and the next day I received the LSB in the MAIL, but as I opened it, it turned to crystals. And also I have tried to purchase the Hutt LSB but for some reason the purchase was unsuccessful and now the bundle is not available in the store ever since. Now that three days has passed and no feasible solution was proposed.
