Marquee character

With the high number of marquee popping here and there. Can you please make them farmeble faster. 

Silvo is not farmeble and yet we have Rogue one, B-wing, 4-LOM, Zuckus that go released after Silvo. 

We have more incoming with luke Stormtrooper, IG-90, Inquisitor barris, dark vader (duel end), yoda and chewie, asajj ventress (dark disciple), 

So 4 marquee already out, and 6 more incoming.

Please let us farm Silvo. 

Character should become available to farm after a third marquee has been released after them. Or eith time as you were doing before if no new marquee appear for s while.
