Mod Colors, What do they mean?

The colored mods start with thier secondary
Normally a secondary stat does not increase but with colored mods they increase when they would normally be unlocked. At lvl 3, 6, 9, and 12
Grey = no secondary
Green = 1 seconday
Blue = 2 secondaries
Purple = 3 secondaries
Gold = all secondaries (I haven't seen one yet but i assume based on what I have seen)
