Mod hacks?

Guildie of mine encountered an opponent with an insane mod on Savage which cost him the W. Is this even possible?

Not even. Savage is outright amazing when used correctly. His kit could use a boost now though but definitely nothing like you claim Chica. Who else do you know that can 1v1 GG and beat his rear?
