MOD QOL Negative Change when switching mods

I noticed now when switching mods from one toon to another, when I go to confirm the changes, but I now have too many mods in my inventory, I cannot sell the mods right there (as you used to be able to). Now you have to go to mod exchange, and revert your mod switching to sell mods prior to switching them around. Kind of a pain. Hopefully they can change this back the way it was so you can sell them right from that screen without having to revert the changes you made. Otherwise, you always have to have under the maximum mod cap prior to switching mods around
