My account has been hacked

Hi all,
Firstly, I'm playing this game since 2016 , I have 11m GP , I spent thousands of dollars on the game and years of playing, building my account.
I was hacked 15 hours ago, after opening several tickets on the app and on EA website it seems nobody is able to help me.

I have my alley code, my segoh.cc profile, my guild mates helping me.
My account is scribe on my guild , not sure who did this or how.

I am desperate and furious.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

let me give you a BIG tip. never ever tell people what you think happened. You've already convinced the people in this thread that your account is deleted and they've already dismissed you. even the moderator.

you clearly said people see the account in game. they account is in the guild. swgoh.gg says it's still getting updated. this account is most likely NOT deleted.


your post should have read "I cannot access my account any more, I believe it was hacked"

people are lazy and you gave them an out because you said your account was deleted.
