Need help restoring crystals

So I've been waiting to hear from support about my issue, but since I haven't heard anything for the past week, I'm posting here.

So on the day that the packs to purchase shards for Darth Nihlus arrive, my finger accidentally tapped on the purchase button as I was trying to scroll through the items you receive in the pack. When the button is pressed, it automatically purchases the pack without a 'confirm' purchase, taking away 1,299 crystals.

I have yet to do anything on my account besides claim stuff through my mailbox, and I believe 1 or 2 times refilling my cantina energy.

Someone please help me. If you need information on my account, I am more than happy to provide it to support.
