Need help with ships team

So I want to use the executrix but I don't know what team to run. Any suggestions
  • Republic ships work best under Mace and the Endurance...not Executrix (Tarkin).

    To advance Tarkin's ship to 6* u need dark side ships. The 2 tie fighters r fast and dodge a lot. Vader's and TFP's ties have synergy w/ the Executrix. The other DS ships with the most to offer atm imo r Slave 1 and Scimitar.

    My bad. This is more accurate, but realistically the Executrix is the worst of the three capital ships.

    The Executrix is Tarkin's ship. The Endurance is Mace's ship and the one that has good synergy with Republic ships.

    Vader is phenomenal with Tarkin. Tarkin boosts offense based on the number of debuffed enemies, and Vader's debuff is a guaranteed application that can't be removed.

    Building on that, since Vader applies target lock, add in ships that capitalize on that. FOTP is amazing with target locks, being able to use his crew ability every turn when attacking target locked enemies (this ability is the second hardest single hitting single target ability in ships right now). Biggs taunts and recovers protection when you land a target lock, so he's an efficient tank here. Boba has a great AOE attached to target locks, as well as a strong finisher in his Seismic Charge ability. All 4 ships apply target lock on their basic, though BIggs' is only on a crit. To keep them safe, you could throw in another tank (recommend Sun Fac) or another target lock creator (recommend TFP for offense boost synergy). Or, you could opt for an even more aggressive approach and use Fives for his target lock-dependent AOE (which you would want to use on turn 2 instead of turn 1).

    So now you're looking at:
    Tarkin
    Vader
    FOTP
    Boba
    Biggs
    SF/TFP/Fives

    That's a taunting tank (2 if you go with SF) with numerous ways to apply target lock, which will: taunt and recover protection on your tank; enable FOTP to go twice as often as anyone else and use a high damage ability all the time; grant strong AOE damage to hit backline characters (especially if you go with Fives); boost everyone's offense considerably when the target locks spread.

    In reinforcements I'd recommend SF (if he's not on starting lineup), TFP (late game damage replacement for FOTP, albeit less damage), Plo (if and only if you use Fives, cause you can drop a taunt on him effectively), Maul (a fun ship and one that can make anyone a "taunting tank", at least for one hit anyway), Fives (if he's not in your starting lineup - bringing him in late game can guarantee a massive Missile Pod hit).

  • You really can't go wrong with a full republic team, it may not be the best but it would be easy to get at least
