New format: DRAFT

Something that would benefit the longevity of this game is a format that doesn't take into account how invested you are in this game already. Already there is a huge hurdle for new players joining and existing f2p players always feel at a disadvantage increasingly as more exclusive content becomes released. I propose a format similar to draft from Magic the Gathering or Arena from hearthstone. You pay crystals to enter then select your squad one at a time based on 5 selections of 3 random characters. You don't keep the characters and rewards are based on your win streak. Play against other teams created this way. 12 wins or 3 losses which ever comes first. Each win increases your tier of reward. That way players aren't rewarded for deep pockets but for knowledge and skill.
