New phone issue

Hey everyone,
I have a guild member who has a new iPhone and he said he can't get back his GoH. He was on iPhone before. Any idea what to do as I thought iTunes account would sort it.

he should be able to get it back if he is logged into game centre, or from an icloud backup.

He has his old phone and he said we was signed into game centre.

Oh yes I think you are right there. You have to go through the basics then it lets you change and sign into your account
