Wow, so a tech bug wiped a multi-year 9M GP account, and they won't even offer basic support to restore it!? That's just beyond **bleep** support. I also have had multiple tickets go completely unaddressed the last weeks. It's horrible. A multi-billion dollar enterprise and they can't attend to basic support tickets. Anyone who gives money to this company should seriously reconsider.
