Not Compensated for SEE

According to in game Help - which we were told to contact - I was told they would not be granting any compensation for lost Dark Side currency. This is ridiculous!!

They keep saying be patient, the bug will be fixed. It IS fixed, those of us who losti tickets (70 in my case) are getting a bunch of non committal contradicting answers.

Now they are saying we will get NO compensation at all. Yet others claim to have received dark side currency to replace what was lost.
