Omega Drops on Cantina 8-D (Brood Alpha)

I farmed all characters on level 8 cantina to 7*, and during all that time I got a grand total of 2 omegas. It's not broken. It's just an absurdly low drop rate for everyone. I'm not certain why it needed to be that low, but that's where it is. Plan accordingly.
