Have to make sure Appo is after CX2 in the lineup for order of operations to work out for LV to start with ultimate.
All three of the omicrons you mentioned have been fine for me all TB.

In previous TBs, LV always started the fight with his full ultimate and Appo's Omicron active. I didn't see any Death Marks on the current TB, nor did I see any attack buffs—his attack numbers were roughly the same without any buffs.
Do you see purple protection on your ImpRem?
Approximately 10% of the blue defense's value was white defense. Also, ImpRemn's death dealt no additional damage.

appo's omicron is as follow:
While in Territory Battles: At the start of battle, Appo gains 50% Max Health, Max Protection, and Tenacity. At the start of encounter, inflict Order 66 on all enemies for 2 turns, which can't be copied, dispelled, evaded, or resisted.
Whenever Appo scores a critical hit, he gains 25% Offense (stacking) for the rest of encounter.
Whenever Knightfall Trooper is defeated, inflict Deathmark on the strongest enemy for 1 turn. At the start of his turn, if an enemy is Disarmed, inflict 2 stacks of Damage Over Time on all enemies for 1 turn.
While Appo has Dramatic Entrance, whenever he deals damage to target enemy, they are Stunned for 1 turn, which can't be evaded or resisted.

for enoch's TB Omicron your description is vague so I don't really know what happened but there is one visual thing about that omicron, Imperial Remnant starts each encounter with 200% Protection Up. Do you see purple protection on your ImpRem?

the enemies must already have Purge, no videos or screenshots so I don't know if this is bugged or not (I doubt it because I literally just used Marrok today and it works normally)
Mine marrok omi works fine, put it on 1x and see it yourself that is active. Where in appo omicron it is said that he gives LV full ult?
That’s completely wrong about Marrock’s omicron. It 100% works.
I suspect you’re wrong about the other two as well, as you usually are.
