One Abilty to completely fix Vader.
Reflect - Darth Vader has a 40% chance to reflect the blaster shot back at the attacker. The reflected shot deals 35% less damage. Additionally, If the reflect is a critical deal one damage over time.

50% Vader deflects blaster bolt
50% he absorbs bolt (movie V)and does basic attack.
