One Abilty to completely fix Vader.
Reflect - Darth Vader has a 40% chance to reflect the blaster shot back at the attacker. The reflected shot deals 35% less damage. Additionally, If the reflect is a critical deal one damage over time.

Aside from the fact that i feel vader works fine as is, i like the idea. Probably a better idea for a kylo rework, as he is pretty useless right now
