After the correction and the give away, Padme falls in line with some of the other recent Legendary characters. That being said, she still needs more gear than JKR, and will not have anywhere near the impact.
What correction? They said they aren’t changing her gear levels? Unless I missed that.
Not correcting the gear she requires, but essentially giving you the extra gear that they would have taken off, or some middle ground, is my understanding.
