Even if this is true and it happened to you for no reason whatsoever, that doesn't change the fact that it's not a common problem. The answer to your question "Where are the other players with the same problem of a wrong timezone?" is still that there just aren't very many of them.
You must have realized that this happened pretty quickly after unlocking arena. If I were you, I would have started a new account at that point with the correct time zone.
