Phoenix needs an omicron
Since they are hands down one of the more useless squads on the ground they definitely need a little love.
Can’t do anything in TW-GAC-S&S- conquest.
If they are only good for ships then make the ships better as well.
You need high relic on all of them because 3 pilots in each ship. Heavy investment if you want to make the ships actually work well in the game.
