Please Add Skins

Character skins would be amazing!
Why?
The developers have stated they want every toon in the game to be viable. While I doubt there will ever be a point to Mob Enforcer's existence, skins help reduce redundancy. We know we are getting Bespin Jedi Luke. But what about Jedi Luke with his signature green lightsaber? What about Old Luke? Skins would make all these things possible, without having to introduce a new character. We could have Snow Han, almost-dead Vader, the possibilities are amazing.
Most importantly, please add helmets for the clones!!!

If you've seen Hoth Leia in one of the fights, or Rey with lightsaber, (or the fact they already have Han in his usual duds has his own character) or that they specify which Chewy it is -- you'd see they probably won't do much with skins as written above because those are all possible new Toons.

The best you would see out of this is color change and helmet/hair changes. I'm all for it, but I think the precedent is that the toons will only really look different... as completely different toons.

Side Note: I think we'd like to see Slave Leia but it's probably not in the cards... not if you can write the number 69 in chat... *facepalm*

I'm of the opinion that having the same character as 5 different toons is a bad thing.
Slave Leia would make a LOT of money.
  • I completely agree with Rex here. While having raid Han and ST Han, Sid and Palp, Old Ben and Gen Kenobi is pretty cool. Yes with the last two it can be argued that they were completely different people, I still think it would be neat to have skins you can swap back and forth with, like Marvel's Future Fight. The skins offer a little different stats, and maybe a modified or changed ability, but are just that, skins.

(somewhere in this thread, love that it's been kept up. Even if it is now in a weird area. Feedback Raid? Ah well.)
As I said above in the thread somewhere, I'd be willing to drop a few dollars here and there for cool skins. Plus it would allow for players to make toons and teams feel more their own, even if it is the same team makeup as another player.
  • I am against it especially if skins add stats
It is as ridiculous as putting C3PO in game who is not a battle droid

What about skins changing factions? I had used the example of giving Finn his FO Stormtrooper outfit with the bloody helmet, and then his faction would change to First Order while wearing that skin.
