Please can you fix the False Positive push notifications?

I was woken up at 6am today, on my day off, by the game sending a notification to my phone that my Ship Energy was full. I loaded the game and saw that I had 73 Ship Energy.
This is not an isolated incident. It happens often that I get notified of full Energy when I don't have it. Usually it's been when I've been close to full Energy and then spend a lot of it; about half an hour later I'll get notified of full Energy.
But I am motivated to make this post now because it has never been so egregiously wrong before and it's never gone off in the middle of the night before.
