You made three threads with the same question.

There is no clear answer to this. Zader, Zaul, and Nihilus all have very different, but equally good leader abilities. But certain characters don't belong under certain leads. Sidious for example, would be awful under Nihilus lead, but flourish under Zader.

right scratch sidious from nihilus lead so nihilus lead then health mods with speed n everyone and palpatine for the last spot :)

If were talking Nihilus lead, then I'd say skip Palpatine. His protection pool is not very high which means little max health gain from lead, and he won't have access to his self heal to save himself.
