The only way SM-33 being dark side makes sense is if he's meant to be lead by Captain Silvo - we're definitely getting more pirates, because there's not enough for a full team yet, and Sana is the only leader but has zero synergy with non-rebels. Silvo makes the most sense to me

the ones that come to mind for me is Kragan Gorr and Synara San. (both from Star wars: resistance)

Lots of great suggestions here! I think Kybo Ren and Synara San are my most wanted, but I’m almost certain they won’t happen. I think a likely leader character could be Maz Kanata, since she’s considered to be the pirate queen and it’s also the anniversary of The Force Awakens.

• Phee Genoa (Summons her lil droid, turns OG Omega into a Pirate so she isn’t useless if we ever get a Crosshair for OG BB.)

Now that we know that there will be enough pirates to make up two teams for the upcoming raid, here is who I think the next five plus the galactic legend will be.

While I really want Sidon Ithano, Kybo Ren from Droids and either Kragan Gorr or Synara San from Resistance, I’m guessing they don’t have much of a chance. I have seen people saying that the galactic legend should be Maul, but I don’t think you could call Crimson Dawn pirates unless you are calling the Hutt Cartel pirates too. Han Solo has also been mentioned as a possibility for the galactic legend. While I do think he deserves to be one, maybe it should be as a smuggler or Rebel instead of a pirate.
