potential cheater question

So. this guy shows up in my arena. has the same squad as me but a bit less strong than mine. a couple of toons less geared. one toon 2 stars lower and all toons much worse modded (still a fairly new shard pool like half a year old) whenever i battle him is like a very easy win i dont lose a single toon. its ok if he can beat me i get it. AI on defense is different. but he constantly beats and climbs to the top with that said team, teams that for his team composition and strength are impossible. ive tried to beat those teams and seriously if i am lucky i can maybe on extreme rare occasions kill one of their toons, let along their whole team. we are talking about teams 3-6 levels higher 1 gear level higher on all toons. much better mods and minimum 5000 arena power higher. thats the case. hopefully i am wrong and the guy is just an amazingly lucky and skillful player to manage to beat teams i can barely scratch with the same team composition i use and less geared modded etc than mine. Any thoughts or advise would be appreciated cause i really hate to accuse and eventually report someone wrongfully. thanks and sorry for the long post but it just feels unfair
